As early as possible. Ideally you will order at least 24 hours (working days) in advance – particularly if you are ordering for a larger group. (Email orders must be sent with at least 48 hours notice.)
We will of course try to accommodate any last-minute orders.
Cancellations - What if you have to cancel an order?
If you have to cancel an order, please call us directly.
No problem, if you tell us at least two working days in advance we'll simply cancel it. In case you cancel with less than two working days' notice we will have to charge you. Sorry.
Delivery and payment
We will deliver to your address around the agreed time within 30 minutes. Deliveries will be paid at delivery either in cash or with restaurant vouchers. Company orders can also be paid via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
